In areas such as this, materials either need to be raised in from the outside or hand carried and moved up interior elevators. This presents a problem for many access options that require extreme amounts of supplies and take significant time to move.
In addition, the courtyard is full of amenities such as landscape planters, a fountain, seating areas, a pool, and dividing walls that created obstacles for installing and maneuvering equipment.
